Econex provides building management systems, data analytics, and energy management for buildings and industry. The detailed scope and conditions for individual services are governed by separate agreements between Econex and the customer.

If you are granted access to Econex's systems through a user account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify Econex immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

All content on the website and in Econex's systems – including text, images, design, software, and logos – is protected by copyright and belongs to Econex or our licensors. Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.

Econex strives to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but makes no guarantees regarding completeness or accuracy. The website is provided "as is".

Econex is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of data resulting from use of the website or our services, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Econex may restrict or terminate access to services if these terms are violated. Separate service agreements may have their own provisions regarding termination.

Econex reserves the right to change these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the website. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If this does not succeed, the Follo and Nordre Østfold District Court is the agreed venue.
