Room control
Every room, in one view
Lighting, temperature, solar shading and ventilation per room – from the floor plan in Econex to a virtual switch on the user's phone.
The room control modules
From the room to the whole floor – and to the user's phone.

The room
One room, every discipline: temperature, CO₂, lighting, shading and ventilation in the same view – driven by presence.
- Temperature and setpoint, CO₂ and humidity
- Lighting, shading and ventilation per room
- Presence that drives the room

Floor plan
Temperature, CO₂ and status for every room directly on the floor plan. Deviations stand out with colour coding and alerts.
- Live values for every room on the floor plan
- Colour coding makes deviations visible at once

Demand control
Ventilation follows presence and CO₂: high airflow when the room is in use, minimum when it is empty.
- Presence and CO₂ control the airflow
- Minimum airflow when the room is empty
- Works together with VAV and dampers in the ventilation system

Heating and cooling elements
HC elements show and configure the heating and cooling elements at room level, so each room is controlled with the elements it actually has.
- Heating and cooling elements per room
- Configuration at room level
- The same room view as lighting, shading and ventilation

Virtual switch
The operator sets up the switch per room – what the tenant sees and controls. Tenants scan a QR code and control the room from their phone.
- Temperature, setpoint, CO₂, lighting and shading per room
- Setpoint as ± around the base or directly in °C
- Less need for wall sensors and cabling
