The platform beneath the modules

The Econex core package has what a top system needs: drivers, layout designer, alarm rules, logic and access management. The functions below are chosen per project – and all of them are used in the same interface.

Logic FlowsCore package
Build control logic as a flow: read values, compare, combine, then write values, send an alert or call a webhook. Flows can be simulated before they go live, and run locally in the building.

Ready-made control scenarios that are enabled and configured per project – for example air handling unit control outside core hours based on occupancy, room temperature and an overtime switch.
Calendars
Weekly and seasonal calendars for operating hours, published to the plant and linked to BACnet calendars.

Analysis of comfort, occupancy, air quality and ventilation performance per room and building.
Insight actions
Turn findings into planned actions, with a timeline preview and a log of what was carried out.
Lighting and presence
Finds rooms with lights on at night or long on-times, and which detectors keep the lights on.

Grouped technical signals with history and acknowledgement. Alarm rules on limits and states are part of the core package.

Power guard with loads, steps and a maximum limit. Load shedding is controlled locally in the driver.
O&M documentation
File viewer and O&M documents linked to air handling units, heating systems and custom units.
Fire damper central
Register, monitoring, testing, report signing and configuration of the building's fire dampers.
